R-WISH PRIVATE LIMITED was formally established on 31st July 2010 as a single member private limited company (R-WISH). The objectives of R-WISH includes but not limited to, general order supply, investment in construction projects (both public and private), real estate, agency representation, transport services and other agricultural related activities by itself or in joint venture with other companies, partnership firms and/or natural persons.
R-WISH is a first generation family owned and operated business. Our work force is performance driven, result oriented, quality conscious, experienced and possesses great technical and operating skills. The management is committed to the vision of the Company is focused to achieve short and long term objectives. Strategically, safety and safe working environment is the prime objective of R-WISH’smanagement.
The Company’s forward book and the identified market for the year 2015-16 puts the Company into a more challenging and competitive position in the region. The identified market in the development sector and joint ventures is US$ 15 million and US$50.5 million respectively where R-Wish forecasts 7.25% market share in development sector and a 4.3% market share in other segments. Individually the Company would be able to sustain itself in the market for the ensuing year with the strength of its cash flows, ability to meet its working capital requirements and nil gearing in the comparable situation. However, to optimize the segments synergy, the Company is best placed in the region to offer quality services with internationally recognized safety standards and high ethical values. Timely reporting, Quality control and HSE standards are
considered as key success factors.
